本隱私權政策說明 Math Game（Android / iOS 應用程式；Android 套件名稱 com.oojohn.countcard、iOS Bundle ID com.mrjc0509.countcard，以下簡稱「本應用程式」）如何蒐集、使用與保護你的資料。本應用程式由 MRJC（以下簡稱「我們」）開發與營運。安裝或使用本應用程式即表示你同意本政策所述的作法。

重點摘要：本應用程式不需要註冊帳號、不需要登入，也不會要求你的姓名或電子郵件。第一次開啟時，我們會自動產生一組隨機的「裝置身分」，用來把你的成績放上世界排行榜，並在你重新安裝後仍認得你。

1. 我們蒐集的資料

使用本應用程式時，我們會蒐集下列資料：

我們不會蒐集：你的姓名、電子郵件、電話、生日或年齡、精確地理位置、通訊錄、簡訊或通話紀錄。裝置身分是隨機字串，不含任何可直接識別你本人的資訊。

若裝置離線，遊戲紀錄會先儲存在你的裝置本機，恢復連線後才會上傳到排行榜。

2. 我們如何使用這些資料

產生並維持你的裝置身分，讓你的成績能累積、重新安裝後不遺失。
顯示並計算世界排行榜名次。
儲存你的遊戲進度、等級與稱號。
「排名被追近」提醒：由你的裝置在本機比對排行榜後發出通知，不會把通知內容上傳；你可以在系統設定中關閉通知。

我們不會將你的資料販售或出租給第三方，也不會在本應用程式內投放第三方廣告。

3. 第三方服務

本應用程式使用下列第三方服務協助運作，這些服務會在其各自的隱私權政策下處理上述部分資料：

4. 資料保存與刪除

你的資料會保存到你刪除為止。你可以隨時刪除你的所有資料：

在應用程式內：前往「設定 → 我的資料 → 刪除我的資料」。此操作會永久刪除伺服器上的裝置身分、暱稱、頭像、國家與所有排行榜紀錄，並清除裝置上的進度與統計，且無法復原。之後你會以全新的裝置身分重新開始。
或來信要求：寄信至下方聯絡 Email 並附上你的排行榜暱稱與國家，我們會協助刪除你的資料。

長期未使用且沒有任何成績與暱稱的裝置身分，我們可能會定期自伺服器清除。

5. 兒童隱私

本應用程式的目標對象為 13 歲（含）以上使用者，並非專為 13 歲以下兒童設計。本應用程式不要求任何個人身分資料：不需要姓名、電子郵件或帳號，裝置身分僅是隨機識別碼，我們也不會在知情的情況下蒐集 13 歲以下兒童的個人資料。若你是家長或監護人，希望刪除孩子裝置上的成績與暱稱，可在孩子的裝置上使用「刪除我的資料」，或透過下方 Email 與我們聯絡，我們會盡快處理。

6. 資料安全

資料透過加密連線（HTTPS／TLS）傳輸，並儲存於受存取控制保護的 Supabase 服務中。裝置身分儲存在裝置的系統鑰匙圈（Keychain）內，僅本應用程式可讀取。惟請理解，沒有任何網路傳輸或儲存方式能保證百分之百安全。

7. 本政策的變更

我們可能會不定期更新本政策。重大變更時會更新本頁面頂端的「最後更新日期」。建議你定期回來查看本頁。

Math Game — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Math Game (the Android / iOS app — Android package com.oojohn.countcard, iOS bundle ID com.mrjc0509.countcard — the "App") collects, uses, and protects your information. The App is developed and operated by MRJC ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

In short: the App requires no account and no sign-in, and never asks for your name or email. On first launch we generate a random "device identity" that links your scores to the world leaderboard and recognizes you after a reinstall.

1. Information We Collect

While you use the App, we collect the following:

We do NOT collect: your name, email address, phone number, birthday or age, precise location, contacts, SMS, or call logs. The device identity is a random string and contains nothing that directly identifies you.

When your device is offline, game data is stored locally first and uploaded to the leaderboard once you are back online.

2. How We Use Your Information

Create and maintain your device identity so that your scores accumulate and survive a reinstall.
Display and calculate world leaderboard rankings.
Save your game progress, level and titles.
"Someone is catching up" reminders: your device compares the leaderboard locally and shows a notification; nothing about the notification is uploaded. You can turn notifications off in system settings.

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not show third-party ads in the App.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, which process some of the above data under their own privacy policies:

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained until you delete it. You can delete all of your data at any time:

In the app: go to Settings → My data → Delete my data. This permanently and irreversibly deletes your server-side device identity, nickname, avatar, country and all leaderboard records, and clears the progress and statistics stored on the device. You then start over with a brand-new device identity.
Or by email: contact the email below with your leaderboard nickname and country, and we will delete your data.

Device identities that have been inactive for a long time and hold no scores or nickname may be periodically removed from our servers.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed at children under 13. The App does not ask for any personal identity data — no name, email or account; the device identity is only a random identifier — and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and want to remove your child's scores and nickname, use "Delete my data" on the child's device, or contact us at the email below and we will handle it promptly.

6. Data Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored in access-controlled Supabase services. The device identity is kept in the device's system keychain and is readable only by this App. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For significant changes we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Please review this page periodically.
