Math Game 服務條款

1. 接受條款

使用 Math Game（Android / iOS 應用程式；Android 套件名稱 com.mrjc.mathgame、iOS Bundle ID com.mrjc0509.countcard，以下簡稱「本 App」）即表示你同意本服務條款。若你不同意，請勿使用本 App。

2. 服務說明

本 App 提供 60 秒心算對戰遊戲與世界排行榜。本 App 目前免費提供，不含任何應用程式內購買。我們保留隨時新增、修改或停止任何功能之權利。

3. 你的裝置身分

• 本 App 不需要註冊帳號或登入。第一次開啟時會自動產生一組隨機的「裝置身分」，你的成績與排行榜紀錄都關聯在這個身分上。
• 裝置身分儲存在你的裝置上。刪除 App 後重新安裝仍會保留；但若裝置被重置、遺失，或你在 App 內執行「刪除我的資料」，該身分與其成績即無法找回，我們無法為你恢復。
• 你應提供真實、適當的暱稱；不得冒用他人身份。
• 不得藉由反覆刪除資料或重置身分等方式產生多個身分以操弄排行榜。

4. 使用者內容

你透過本 App 公開的資料（暱稱、頭像、國家、排行榜成績）將對其他使用者可見。你聲明並保證：

• 你的暱稱與頭像不含侮辱性、色情、暴力、歧視、政治極端、宗教仇恨等不當內容。
• 你擁有上傳頭像之合法使用權。
• 你不會冒用名人、品牌、商標。

我們保留在不另行通知下移除違規內容、移除排行榜成績或封鎖該裝置身分之權利。

5. 禁止行為

你不得：

• 使用任何外掛、機械人、自動化工具產生成績。
• 反向工程、解編、嘗試取得伺服器存取。
• 干擾或破壞 App 或伺服器運作。
• 利用本 App 進行任何違法活動。
• 騷擾或威脅其他使用者。

違反者：我們有權刪除你的排行榜成績、封鎖你的裝置身分，並保留追究法律責任之權利。

6. 檢舉與聯絡

若你發現其他使用者違反本條款（如不當暱稱、作弊成績），請來信 mrjc@mathgameapp.app 並附上：違規使用者暱稱、違規內容描述或截圖、你觀察到的時間。我們將於 7 個工作天內處理。

7. 智慧財產權

本 App 之程式碼、UI 設計、圖示、商標等智慧財產權屬於 MRJC 或其授權方所有。未經書面授權，不得複製、改作、散布。第三方開源元件之授權資訊可來信索取。

8. 免責聲明

本 App 以「現狀」提供，不對下列項目作任何明示或暗示之保證：不中斷、無錯誤運作；適用於特定目的；排行榜成績之絕對正確性；裝置身分或成績因裝置重置、遺失而無法找回；因第三方服務或平台（Supabase、Apple、Google）變動所造成之服務中斷。

9. 責任限制

於法律允許之最大範圍內，MRJC 對於因使用或無法使用本 App 所造成之間接、附帶或衍生性損害，不負賠償責任。

10. 終止

你可以隨時透過 App 內「設定 → 我的資料 → 刪除我的資料」或直接移除本 App 終止本協議。我們亦可在你違反條款時，未經通知即移除你的成績或封鎖你的裝置身分。

11. 變更條款

我們可能會更新本條款。重大變更時，我們會在 App 內顯著位置公告，並更新本頁頂部之日期。繼續使用即視為接受新條款。

12. 準據法與管轄

本條款依中華民國（台灣）法律解釋與適用。如有爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

Math Game — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Math Game (the Android / iOS app — Android package com.mrjc.mathgame, iOS bundle ID com.mrjc0509.countcard — the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Service Description

The App provides a 60-second mental-arithmetic game and a world leaderboard. The App is currently free and contains no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. Your Device Identity

• The App requires no account and no sign-in. On first launch it generates a random "device identity"; your scores and leaderboard records are linked to it.
• The device identity is stored on your device. It survives deleting and reinstalling the App; however, if the device is reset or lost, or if you use "Delete my data" in the App, that identity and its scores cannot be recovered, and we are unable to restore them for you.
• You must provide a truthful and appropriate nickname; impersonation is prohibited.
• You must not create multiple identities (for example by repeatedly deleting your data) to manipulate the leaderboard.

4. User Content

Data you make public via the App (nickname, avatar, country, leaderboard scores) will be visible to other users. You represent and warrant that:

• Your nickname and avatar do not contain offensive, sexual, violent, discriminatory, extremist political, or religiously hateful content.
• You hold the legal right to use any avatar you upload.
• You will not impersonate celebrities, brands, or trademarks.

We reserve the right to remove violating content, remove leaderboard scores, or block the device identity without prior notice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use any cheat, bot, or automation tool to produce scores.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized server access.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers.
• Use the App for any unlawful activity.
• Harass or threaten other users.

Violators: we may delete leaderboard scores, block the device identity, and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

6. Report and Contact

If you discover another user violating these Terms (e.g., inappropriate nickname, cheated scores), please email mrjc@mathgameapp.app with: the offending user's nickname, a description or screenshot of the violation, and the time you observed it. We will respond within 7 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

The source code, UI design, icons, and trademarks of the App are owned by MRJC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without prior written permission. A list of third-party open-source components is available upon request by email.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without any express or implied warranties of: uninterrupted or error-free operation; fitness for a particular purpose; absolute accuracy of leaderboard scores; recoverability of a device identity or scores after a device reset or loss; or outages caused by third-party services or platforms (Supabase, Apple, Google).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRJC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time via "Settings → My data → Delete my data" in the App, or simply by removing the App. We may also remove your scores or block your device identity without notice if you violate these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes prominently within the App and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan, Republic of China. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.
